As humans if there is one thing you can't lie about, it's rejection. At one point or the other we all experience it, infact there are people who live it everyday of their lives. While it can have a negative impact on your self confidence and self worth, it can also be a tool to grow self confidence and self worth. Rejection has nothing to do with people liking you or disliking you, most times it could be their mood, the circumstances they find themselves or the timing. 89% of the time it has nothing to do with you. In business rejection can help you grow a thick skin towards failure, infact 90% of the world wealthiest men/women got rejected 100% of the time when they started out, if there is anything you should ever learn from rejection, it should be persistence. Rejection happens to be the only teacher that can teach you true persistence, it the only teacher that can bring out that fight back no giving up potential inside of you. When you leave your comfort zone of timidity and cowardice, doesn't matter if it's in business or relationships or in personal endeavors and make up your mind that no amount of rejections or shut doors you come across can stop you, there and then you begin you grow in persistence, in creativity, in self confidence, in self awareness and in self actualization. Your potentialities begin to manifest themselves through you and in you. So next time you face rejection don't run back or run away, infact run right into it, eat it, swallow it and let it digest into persistence and creativity. DON'T GIVE UP!
